One address, and a person at the end of it
There is no form on this page. A form needs somewhere to put what you type, this website has no such store, and a fake one that quietly emails us would be worse than the mail client you already trust.

What to put in it
None of this is required — “is this any good for a 600-person conference in November” is a fine email. But the more of it you include, the more the first reply is an answer rather than a list of questions.
- What the event is, roughly when it happens, and roughly how many people.
- Whether registration is open to anyone or invitation only.
- Whether you need to run it on your own infrastructure, and in which country.
- Whether WhatsApp matters to you, and whether you already have an approved sender with Meta.
- Anything your security or procurement people will ask, ideally in their words rather than yours.
What not to send
Please do not attach your delegate list, your member spreadsheet or anyone’s phone numbers. We do not need them to answer a question about the software, and email is a poor place to leave other people’s personal data — including in our inbox.
If you want to see how Conclave handles your data shape, invent five rows that look like it. That works just as well and nobody has to be told about it afterwards.
You do not need to email us first
The demo is open. There is no qualification call, no form standing between you and the product, and no email required to look at it. Go and click around, then write with something specific.
Who you are writing to
Conclave is built and operated by ZEBIQ TECHNOLOGY LLP. What we do with an email you send is described in the privacy notice — briefly: we read it, we answer it, and we keep it as long as answering it takes.
