A running instance of Conclave. Create an event, open registration, approve somebody, look at what the confirmation would say, then scan the pass on your phone.
Three things worth knowing first
- Pick a role and you are in. No sign-up and no password. Enter as a super admin, an event admin, a registration manager or a check-in operator, and swap between them whenever you like — the point is to see how much each one can actually do.
- It is shared, and it resets every night. Everyone is in the same copy, so somebody else may be editing what you are looking at, and anyone can rebuild it from the button in the banner. Everything returns to a known state at 01:30 IST daily. Please invent your delegates rather than pasting a real member list in.
- Nothing is delivered to anybody. Send the approval email, fire the reminder, watch the queue drain — but no message leaves the building. That is enforced in the code rather than by asking nicely, which is also why the demo cannot be used to run a real event. Sending for real means an event’s own sender identity, and WhatsApp templates Meta has approved for it: part of onboarding, not something a demo can hand you.
