Who you are dealing with
This website is operated by ZEBIQ TECHNOLOGY LLP, which builds and runs Conclave. Using the site means these terms apply to you; if you disagree with them, the remedy is not to use it.
What these terms do not cover
Using Conclave itself — the application at app.conclavedesk.com, or a copy you host yourself — is governed by the written agreement between us and the organisation that licensed it. Wherever that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins. Nothing on this website amends it, and nothing on this website should be read as a promise inside it.
What is written here, and how true it is
The product pages describe software as it stands, and software moves. We take care to describe only what the product actually does — no roadmap dressed up as a feature, no capability borrowed from a competitor’s brochure. Even so, a page can fall behind a release.
So: if a specific capability described here is load-bearing for your decision, get it named in the agreement. That is not us hedging — it is the only version of the claim that is enforceable, and you should ask the same of every vendor.
The demo
The live demo is a shared environment offered for evaluation. Anything you enter can be seen by other people evaluating it, and it may be reset at any time without warning. Do not put real personal data into it — not your members, not your delegates, not their phone numbers. Do not use it to run an actual event.
Content on this site
The text, images and design here belong to ZEBIQ TECHNOLOGY LLP unless something says otherwise. You are welcome to read it, print it, quote it with attribution and link to it — including in an internal evaluation or a tender document, which is much of the reason it exists.
You may not present it as your own, or republish substantial parts of it as though you wrote them. Bulk automated collection that degrades the site for other readers is not welcome either.
Conclave and the Conclave marks belong to ZEBIQ TECHNOLOGY LLP.
Availability
This is a marketing website. We make no promise about it being up, and there is no service level attached to it. Uptime commitments, where they exist, live in the product agreement and are about the product.
Links to other places
Where we link out — to a hosting provider, to documentation, to something Meta publishes about WhatsApp templates — that is a pointer, not an endorsement, and what happens on those sites is governed by their terms and not ours.
Liability
The information here is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, ZEBIQ TECHNOLOGY LLP is not liable for loss arising from decisions taken on the basis of this website alone. This does not limit anything that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not touch obligations we have accepted in a signed agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Where a dispute concerns the product rather than this website, the forum named in the relevant written agreement applies instead.
Changes
We may revise this page. The date at the top says when it last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means the revised terms apply.
